Title: Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

-Participate in the development and launch process of new products by providing quality engineering expertise while working with the lead quality engineer and the supplier.
-Support the supplier selection and approval process by performing factory assessments.
-Support the ongoing monitoring and improvement of supplier quality systems by performing quality system assessments according to plan.
-Involvement in the training and development of new suppliers.
-Facilitation of supplier corrective action activity required as a result of product audits, or field issues. Lead the supplier through the process of problem definition, root cause analysis, solution finding, implementation, and verification.
-Perform in process audits and product audit to verify quality systems.
-Periodically hold meeting with supplier as QBR, monthly meeting.
-Arrange the inspection work for inspectors.
-Make sure the inspections for goods purchased from China are approved pre-shipment.
-Deal with customer complaint from overseas market.
