Team:
Candidate should present his needs for the support team and will be approved by GM and Chairman of the Board. However expected team size is 1-3 persons.
Reporting lines:
Candidate will directly report to the Chairman of the Board, but on daily basis will be supervised by GM. In documentation stage will cooperate with the Funding and legal team.
Proposed areas of search:
Large Investment banks or large Chinese banks high management

 Job description and expectations:
The candidate should have existing and proven relationships with high level management of the major banks in China (e.g. BOC, ICBC, ABC, CCB or similar). Candidate should enable HCC to build strong stable relationship with the banks at the HQ level high management and have capability to negotiate major Funding deals within set timeliness.
Specifically, the expectation is the candidate should deliver Funding deals from 1-2 banks in the amount of RMB5+BN within 6-9 months and increase the Funding to RMB10+BN in 12-15 months. The Funding should be concluded via bilateral loan with pricing and conditions comparable with other bank deals. Other areas of the candidate responsibilities could be relationship and deal negotiation with the Producers. The above mentioned expectations will be key factor for the KPIs. Candidate should be fluent in English.
