职位描述：
To provide day to day coverage (e.g., market update, economic fundamentals, regulatory changes, technical analysis etc.) for banks, asset managers,
insurance and securities companies etc.
Work with relevant parties (including RMs, Investment Counselors, traders, Structuring, control functions) to develop and implement new structure / investor product suitable to the current market and client requirements
Work closely with trading desk and ensure excellent executions.
Analyze existing client portfolios to identify opportunities for restructuring/rebalancing
Generate/source new product ideas and ensure speedy transfer/distribution across the country
Work with legal, tax, compliance and credit to develop product solutions and ensured strict compliance with Bank policies and local regulations
职位要求：
1-3 years’ experience in financial market, China markets institutional sales, structuring or trading experience with good product knowledge in derivative products preferred.
Strong teamwork and work discipline.
Willing to learn and take up responsibilities
Work efficiently and independently
Proactive, enthusiastic with positive attitude
Investment product knowledge
Able to multi task under pressure
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills
Sets and achieves results with minimum support from superiors
Good interpersonal skills
Mandarin speaking
