The role & responsibility of the candidate mainly covers the account management and project management of Exchange and OTC products .
职位要求：- The candidate needs to have rich knowledge and experience in securities industry and familiar with products in both Exchange and OTC market.
- The candidate needs to have management experience and able to manage the team
- The candidate needs to manage all internal procedures are complied with local rules and regulations and UBS internal policies.
- The candidate needs to act as WM biz faceoff and needs to have good communication skills to ensure effective cooperation with internal/external clients.
- The candidate is able to drive business initiatives and projects, develop effective control standard and operational processes/flows.
-The candidate needs to have over 5 years operational experience and is familiar with China capital market.
