具体要求与待遇：
职位描述：
1. 根据公司数字化整体战略及行业发展状况，构建总体架构设计原则，构建软件架构规范；
2. 定义车联网应用系统整体架构方案，包括端到端架构、业务架构、应用架构、逻辑架构、部署架构等；
3. 负责相关架构的设计及带领团队落地实现，带领技术团队能力提升；
4. 负责技术栈选型及核心代码的编写，主导技术攻关与革新；
5. 负责公共技术平台级产品的规划和研发交付，对产品交付负责，如：API网关平台、技术开发平台、DevOps平台、自动化测试平台、运营平台、电商等。
6.能够在团队中完成code review的任务，确保相关代码的有效性和正确性，协同团队作战；
7.负责DevOps平台的产品设计和建设，打造一站式研发运维平台，提高研发效率、研发质量和运维自动化能力。
Responsibilities:
1. According to the company´s overall digital strategy and industry development status, build overall architecture design principles and build software architecture specifications;
2. Define the overall architecture scheme of the Internet of Vehicles application system, including end-to-end architecture, business architecture, application architecture, logic architecture, deployment architecture, etc.;
3. Responsible for the design of the relevant architecture and lead the team to implement the implementation, and lead the technical team to improve the ability;
4. Responsible for technology stack selection and core code writing, leading technology research and innovation;
5. Responsible for the planning and R&D delivery of public technology platform-level products, and responsible for product delivery, such as: API gateway platform, technology development platform, DevOps platform, automated testing platform, operation platform, e-commerce, etc.;
6. Be able to complete the task of code review in the team, ensure the validity and correctness of the relevant code, and cooperate with the team to fight;
7. Responsible for product design and construction of DevOps platform, build one-stop R&D operation and maintenance platform, improve R&D efficiency, R&D quality and operation and maintenance automation capabilities.

职位要求：
1.通信工程、汽车电子工程、计算机科学或类似专业本科以上学历，
2.6年以上V2X开发项目工作经验，汽车行业优先，
3.对智能网联汽车行业有深入的了解，尤其是网联化的发展趋势和创新有洞察力，
4.至少熟练掌握DSRC、LTE-V、4G/5G、WiFi等无线通信技术中的一种，具有V2X架构设计经验，
5.具有量产车载产品(含T-BOX、DMS、ADAS或V2X)开发经验优先，
6.具备较强的分析与解决问题能力，以及良好的沟通协调能力，
7.良好的英语表达和沟通能力。
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in telecommunication engineering, E/E engineering, computer scienc or similar;
2.6+ years of professional experience in V2X SW projects, preferable within Automotive;
3.Deep understanding of intelligent connected vehicle industry, especially have the view of the development trend of connectivity and related innovative features;
4. Proficiency in at least one of DSRC, LTE-V, 4G/5G, WiFi and other wireless communication technologies, and experience in V2X architecture design;
5. Experience in the development of mass-produced vehicle products (including T-BOX, DMS, ADAS or V2X) is preferred;
6. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication and coordination skills;
7. Good English expression and communication skills.
